Birthday!

My birthday breakfast! A day early. Eggs and muffins! So yummy! I've got such a sweet hubby!

My birthday breakfast on my birthday! Our traditional donuts! Dad and the kids woke me up with donuts and a very special balloon-from Justin.

Baby's trying to sneak my donut

Do you see the balloon? He thinks he's so funny:)

First present! A movie-Yay!

Dad and Kayli making my birthday cupcakes. I was going to make my own peanut butter chocolate cupcakes, but Justin said he'd do it for me. They were delicious! Just what I wanted! What an amazing husband! All I asked for for my bday was a day out by myself. And that's what I got. Justin took the day off from his studies. He watched the kids, made cupcakes, and decorated for me. So, I went to lunch (by myself) and it was GREAT! Then I walked around the mall for a while. I had such a great time! I didn't have to get kids in and out of the car. I didn't have to break up fights! And I didn't have to hear crying for 3 whole hours! What a GREAT birthday present! And while I was gone, Justin decorated for me and made cupcakes. So sweet!
The second I stepped in the door, the kids threw presents at me. They were so excited! Before I opened them Kaden told me I got ear plugs!:) It was head phones.
They opened them for me. I got new pink running head phones. And an I-tunes gift card for running music!
PLUS, Mom P and Dad P sent me money, so I got new running shoes!
Then, we got a babysitter and went to Red Robin for my free birthday burger! It was SOO good!
Then went to Ben and Jerry's and shared a little ice cream. Kinley loved it!
So Yum!
My friend Cari wanted to come over when we got home. She had this cake for me. . . FROM MOM AND DAD! And it wasn't just any cake... it was a Dairy Queen ice cream cake!!! I was so surprised! That was our tradition at home. We always got a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. :) It brought back lots of fun memories!
My delicious homemade peanut butter cupcakes with chocolate frosting, made by my hubby!

Thank you for such a great birthday my sweet kids!
And especially to Justin! You made my birthday so so special! Thank you for loving me so much! I love you, my honey bunches of oats!

Happy Birthday my sweet friend! Sorry I am such a lamo and am so late in getting saying it. I am glad it turned out to be such a wonderful day. Isn't it funny how the thing we want most for our birthday/mother's day or any holiday really is time for ourselves. At least that is what I tell Mark anyway; just some time for me. :) Well, I love you girl and miss you and I am glad it was a great day!
